We do not allow AI to access or process names, addresses, or other sensitive customer details directly. Messages used with AI tools are anonymised to protect privacy.

We use AI to help spot unusual activity patterns that might suggest fraud. This protects our customers and our business. Any personal data involved is kept secure and is never shared without consent.
3. Content and Translations
AI helps us write and translate web content, user guides, FAQs, and support materials so we can provide a better service worldwide. All AI-generated content is checked by our team for clarity and accuracy.
4. Product Development
We use AI tools internally to assist with coding, design ideas, and innovation during development. However, once our products are shipped, AI plays no role in their operation. Redkey software runs independently and does not include any AI components.
