Product Activation

You'll need to activate your Redkey before you can use it. Fully open the packaging to reveal a scratch-off panel - a unique activation code is hidden underneath. Enter your unique code into the updater when prompted. Once activated, proceed to update the software on your key. Activation must take place on a suitable Windows®-based PC. Internet connection required. Download size Approx. 1GB.

Legacy Redkeys

Original V1 & V2 Redkeys did not have different editions of software available, so we did not supply them with an activation code. However, we will gladly provide you with a code upon demand. With this code, you can update your legacy V1 / V2 product to the latest version of our software available. Requests must be made directly through the Redkey Updater while your Redkey is attached. Download and run a copy of the updater from above. Run the program and hit "Request Activation Code." You'll be asked to provide a few purchase details for verification. We will review your application and get back to you by email, usually within 72 hours. NB: All legacy Redkeys are automatically graded as Professional Edition keys. Proof of purchase may be required.

About our Updater:

Our Redkey Updater App. is a free, downloadable executable (.exe) program that is safe to run directly from a PC without any installation necessary. Once you are done, simply delete the file.

Updater Versions:

Always use the latest version of the Redkey Updater app. available. We frequently release new versions of this program. Previous versions cease to operate when a new version is introduced.
